Returning Students

Log in to your PowerSchool parent account and click on the “Forms” Icon located in the left navigation menu. Please complete all forms for each student in your family. (Important - you must be using your PowerSchool parent account; you cannot register using a student account.) 

Click “Forgot Username or Password” on the sign-in screen.

Contact your child’s school after mid-July and ask to speak with the secretary. (It’s very important that we have a current email address and phone number for you at all times!)

If you already have an existing PowerSchool parent account, you do not need to create a new one. Log in to your existing account and select “Account Preferences” from the left menu. Click the “Student” tab and then “Add” – use the Access ID and Password you were provided for your newly enrolled child to link them to your account.

For new students: Codes and instructions are emailed to parents once the enrollment request has been processed by the school. If you have a new student and have not yet requested enrollment, you can do that here.
 

For returning students: If you have a student who already attends a MCAS school, click “Forgot Username or Password” on the sign-in screen. If you never set up an account last school year and have misplaced the code you received last year, contact your child’s school for assistance and let us know your name, phone number, email address, and child/children’s names. 

The App may work... however, in some cases we find it does not display all forms properly. In order to view and complete Registration Forms, you should use a computer browser to log into your PowerSchool parent account. We highly recommend using a computer with a Chrome browser to complete registration.

You can bring your documentation to your child’s school. Please call the school secretary to make an appointment to drop them off.

There is not a districtwide in-person registration date. Some schools do offer an in-person opportunity for parents. Please contact your child's school if you need assistance or need to drop off documents.  

Students should be registered two weeks prior to the start of school. This will allow us time to finalize school bus routes, schedules, etc. 

Yes! We encourage families to complete this form. The State of Indiana eliminated textbook fees, and breakfast and lunch at MCAS are provided at NO COST without completing this application. HOWEVER - in order to be considered for Summer EBT ($120 per summer, per student) and other educational benefits, you must complete this application. We encourage all families to complete this application as it provides additional benefits to you and the district, such as grants, program funding, and athletic waivers, among others.

This information will be updated two days prior to the start of the school year. (Any information you see in your child's account prior to that day may not be accurate, so be sure to check back!)
