Returning Students
Online registration is for all RETURNING students
Log in to your PowerSchool parent account and click on the “Forms” Icon located in the left navigation menu. Please complete all forms for each student in your family.
(Important - you must be using your PowerSchool parent account; you cannot register using a student account.)
You will be asked to update your contact information and your child’s medical information, grant important permissions, and choose whether or not your child will ride the school bus this year.
All families are encouraged to complete the "Household and Income" Optional Form, as this may qualify you to receive additional benefits. Additional optional forms also provide links to register for the Safe Harbor after-school program and the Open Door Adolescent Health Center at MCHS.
