Wolfie’s Night Out Trick-or-Treat at Ames!

Calling all MCAS students and families! Join us under the lights at Ames Field for a fun, safe, and spooktacular Halloween celebration. Walk the turf, show off your favorite costumes, and collect treats from local businesses and community sponsor stations!

Date: Wednesday, October 28

Time: 6:30 PM- 8:00 PM

Location: Ames Field

Admission: FREE (for MCAS Students & Families)

Event Highlights:

• Costumes Encouraged: Wear your favorite Halloween attire!
• Treat Stations: Collect candy from community business and club sponsors.
• Under the Lights: Experience trick-or-treating directly on the field!

Important Reminder: All students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter and participate.

If your business or organization would like to join us for Wolfie's Night Out Trick-or-Treat at Ames Field, we are assembling a league of local community partners to create a safe, fun, and unforgettable Halloween evening for MCAS students and families.

This is a fantastic opportunity to put your brand under the lights, connect directly with MCAS families, and support our community.

Treat Station Sponsor Details:

• Bring Your Setup: Sponsors supply their own tent, table, and decorations.
• Get Creative: Transform your station space with a fun Halloween theme.
• Supply Candy: Provide 2,500 individually wrapped pieces of candy (chocolate or gummy).
• Engage the Community: Greet MCAS students and families as they walk the field.

How to Join: Space on the field is limited. Please complete our Interest Sign-Up Form  to secure your spot.
