Do you or any member of your family need help with health coverage?
Covering Kids and Families (CKF) at Dunebrook is a program that helps members of our LaPorte and Porter County communities apply for and understand healthcare coverage programs. Some of these programs include the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP), Hoosier Healthwise, and Medicaid. Their goal is to simplify the process for getting covered and staying covered, helping you every step of the way.
When you contact CKF, you are partnered with a certified Indiana Navigator, a completely free resource who works for you, not an insurance company, that is here to understand and help with your unique coverage needs.
