Magnet Schools
Michigan City Area Schools established two elementary magnet schools in Fall 2011. These schools include Lake Hills Elementary (a magnet school for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and Pine Elementary (a magnet school for the Visual and Performing Arts).
