Summer School (K-12)

Kindergarten Camp is a school-based summer program that helps children who will be attending kindergarten for the first time next fall feel more comfortable in the school environment.

IREAD Grade 2 and IREAD-3 Summer Camp

For students currently enrolled in 2nd and 3rd grade.

Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Includes breakfast & lunch

Location: Pine Elementary School
This program is by invitation only. Parents will be contacted by their child's school with registration information.

Deadline for registration is May 13, 2025.

**IREAD programs begin on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, and end on Friday, June 27, 2025. There will be no school on June 19, 2025!

Credit Recovery Courses, Summer PE, Speech

For students entering grades 9-12 - Registration will be available May 1

Monday through Friday 

Semester 1: June 4 - 17

Semester 2: June 18 - July 2

7:30am - 4:00pm each day

Location: Michigan City High School

Register through the Parent Portal in PowerSchool. Registration deadline is May 13, 2025.

** High School summer school begins on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 and ends on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.

There is no summer school on June 19, 2025!
